Orbiqe Technologies Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with the Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM), is proud to deliver a state-sponsored, placement-oriented skill development program designed to empower youth with industry-ready capabilities. The Bihar Skill Development Mission is a flagship initiative of the Government of Bihar, focused on enhancing the employability of the state’s youth by providing high-quality, market-relevant training and employment support. Its primary objective is to create a robust ecosystem of training centres and skill development programs that bridge the gap between education and employment, ultimately contributing to sustainable socio-economic growth in the region.

Our collaborative program under BSDM offers short-term, free training in future-oriented roles such as AI-DevOps Engineer and AI-Database Administrator. These courses integrate live projects and real-world tasks to equip participants with practical skills that meet emerging industry demands. Participants also benefit from on-the-job training (OJT) in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, where they engage with actual work scenarios that deepen their technical competencies and professional confidence. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates are supported with placement opportunities to transition directly into the workforce, aligning with BSDM’s mission to generate sustained employment.

The program emphasises inclusive growth by providing accessible training and certification pathways for eligible youth, enhancing their readiness for competitive roles in the rapidly evolving technology landscape. Through this partnership, Orbiqe Technologies and BSDM aim to empower Bihar’s youth with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to thrive in today’s dynamic job market, while contributing to broader state and national objectives in skill development and employment generation.
